Improve the knowledge of the participants on how using CLIK & the DVA Home page to achieve the right advice & correct application of SOP\'s. The participants knowledge with diagnostic protocols, additional diagnosis covered/not covered, clinical onset/worsening protocols is expected to be improved for the application of SOP\'s from CLIK, as these on not covered when accessing SOP\'s, through the RMA web site. Enhance the participants knowledge by utilising the DVA website in obtaining all the available information contained in the site.
