A community of practice for Experienced Compensation and Wellbeing Advocates. The day is designed to provide network opportunities, open discussion with like-minded people, sharing of information surrounding legislation and service provision.
An opportunity to engage the professional staff and volunteer network from across different ESOs, within the COP's vast area. Community of Practice creates a defined 'space' to which enables members to address their shared experiences and collaborate on solutions to practical problems which are encountered in workplace and volunteer environments. They develop a shared repertoire of resources: experiences, stories, tools, and ways of addressing recurring problems.
Each meeting provides a space for participants to learn and grow from each other. It addresses both Well-being and Compensation issues where advocates can work together to ensure there is a holistic approach and ensures the maximum use of service provision
